SATURDAY SKETCHING DAYS I am running some Sketching days this Autumn and Winter, visiting The National Museum, Bristol Zoo, Castell Coch and Cardiff Bay. The first one isat the National Museum in town. Meet in the foyer at 10.30. Bring drawing materials and folding stool. £10 per person for the day. Email me for more details please. See our results here SKETCHING AT ST FAGANS ART CLASSES in CARDIFF I am running two new classes - Drawing and Watercolour Painting. These are run at my home studio in Llandaff. Please contact me to book and I'll give you the address. Watercolour Painting - Wednesdays 10am - 1pm. This is a varied class exploring the medium of Watercolour with some drawing tuition included. Simply Drawing - Thursdays 10am - 1pm. For those who wish to learn, improve and practice drawing skills without painting tuition. If you want to learn Acrylics please email me. BARBADOS IN JANUARY? I have created a lovely 2 week
Painting Holiday in beautiful Barbados, provisionally dates are 3rd to
17th January 2009. I will be hiring a large self catering house near
the beach. Sketching and sightseeing excursions to include a Submarine
Ride, Swimming With Turtles, Orchid World, Plantation House,
Nature Reserve, Bridgetown, Caves, Wildlife Reserve, Windmill,
Potteries and lots time for of shopping, palm fringed beaches, pina
coladas, sunset gazing, listening to the waves lapping at the fine
white sands ... I have been invited to lead a Pinting Holiday in SARDINIA in 2009. If you are interested please email to let me know. Go-ahead will depend upon numbers so please express your interest so that I have an idea of how many potential guests there may be. Email address is above. I would like to run a painting holiday in Turkey if there is enough interest. Contact me now if you fancy Istanbul & Cappadoccia! It may have to be next year though. PAINTING HOLIDAY IDEAS FANCY A CRUISE?I have been invited to teach onboard Fred. Olsen ship Balmoral in November. Balmoral will be sailing to the Caribbean and back in October / November. I will be joining her at St Lucia on 2nd November for 2 weeks and giving onboard art lessons. Free cruise for anyone who wants to be my assistant - but we have to share a cabin (ladies only please, sorry boys!!) Contact me if interested!
